		<description>Well the Chinese do not understand the electoral process in the US. I am from Europe and have indeed no clue whatsoever why make something simple so complicated and frustrated for the voter. What I do understand is that the US process produces some pretty weird candidates and whoever reads a bit more about Palin will be amazed.  I also think that a long standing two party system end up like a one party system with more backstabbing in public but in the end almost the same policies as a one party system would have produced. Bi-partisanship is the new magic potion....Jeez the Chinese have already taken that great leap forward a long time ago and just went straight from Bi-partisanship towards the one unified party the Americans actually need.</description>
